Read this before you register.
This event is 23 hours of NON-TECHNICAL continuing education. CPAs and attorneys earn full credit. Unfortunately, the IRS will not let me give credit for EAs, but that does not make the information any less important. Enrolled agents have attended this event every year and get just as much out of it.
When and Where is the Event?
The event is November 17th through November 19th, 2026. We will be at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando - Disney Springs Area is an official Walt Disney World hotel located at 2305 Hotel Plaza Boulevard in Lake Buena Vista, Florida
What time does the event start each day?
We will start each day promptly at 8am. Each day will end a little differently. Days 1 and 2 will end at 5pm and Day 3 will end around 4:40pm.
Do you offer a Livestream option?
No, this is a 3-day LIVE immersive learning experience. But the event will be recorded and recordings will be available for purchase after the event.
Can I bring a Business Partner, Spouse, or Employee?
Yes of course, you will just need to purchase a separate ticket for all people wanting to attend. Since continuing education credit is issued plus food and special activities are provided, each person will need a ticket.
How much do the tickets cost?
A single ticket to Tax Pro Profit Maximizer Expo is currently $1,897 for the VIP ticket and $1,297 for the General ticket for the full 3-days. However, if you purchase during our Super Early Bird period a ticket will only cost you $897 for the general ticket and $1,297 for the VIP ticket (30% discount) if you purchase by October 1, 2026. How many people will be at the event?
The event will be an intimate gathering of no more than 50 people. There is a limit of 15 VIP tickets..
Will Dan be available during breaks to answer questions?
Yes, Dan will be available to chat about your business during breaks and after the event, or if you have questions about any of the strategies presented at the event. Dan’s team will also be on hand to answer your questions as well.
Is this event available for continuing professional education (CPE)?
Yes, this event is eligible for up to 23 hours of CPE for CPAs and attorneys, but not for EAs. (Sorry the IRS does not allow us to give EAs credit for marketing, sales and practice management material, even though it is just as, if not more, important as the technical material).
If I buy a ticket and can’t attend can I get a refund?
We offer refunds for this event in the following way. - Cancel up to 30 days before the event (Full Refund) - Cancel less than 30 days but before 2 weeks before the event (50% refund) - Cancel less than 2 weeks before the event (No refund) However, if you can't use the ticket for this event for any reason, we will give you credit toward a future Tax Resolution Academy® event.
What if I am new to IRS Representation, will this material be too advanced for me?
No, this material will not be too advanced for someone is new to IRS Representation. Although, it will help if you have an understanding of some of the basics of Collections and Exam Representation and have run a tax practice.

Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, you can access the hotel room block after you register and pay for the event ticket! This link is only good until Sunday, November 1st, 2026. Afterwards, you will have to use the regular hotel booking link. That will cost you about 50% more.
