NOVEMBER 2026 LIVE EVENT
Join us for a definitive summit focused exclusively on maximizing tax resolution profitability and practice scalability.
November 17 to 19, 2026 | DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando at Disney Springs
Forty seats total. Registration closes November 13 at 5:00 PM Eastern.
Early bird pricing ends September 30. Every ticket goes up $200 that night at midnight PT.
You work grueling hours during tax season, hoping the influx of revenue will be enough to sustain your practice through the dry summer and fall months. The pressure to produce is constant, yet the financial reward rarely matches the effort expended.
You take on any client who walks through the door, dealing with disorganized records, unreturned calls, and endless scope creep. You find yourself doing extra work just to finish the job, completely unable to adjust your initial flat fee to reflect reality, and many times wishing you had not taken in this client but now feel stuck.
Relying exclusively on seasonal tax preparation revenue.
Charging low flat fees for incredibly complex resolution cases.
Chasing clients for basic documentation and signatures.
Working eighty-hour (or more) weeks for a fraction of what attorneys charge.
Giving away valuable consulting and strategy advice for free.
Worrying about cash flow every single August through the next January (or even into February).
Feeling burnt out while your take-home pay stays exactly the same. Maybe even non-existent
This cycle drains your energy, caps your income, and leaves you wondering if the effort is actually worth the return.
The most successful practices didn't just work harder; they completely restructured their foundation. They moved away from the grueling hourly grind and implemented systems that prioritized high-value engagements over volume.
By shifting to value-based pricing and rigorous client screening, these practitioners reclaimed their time and multiplied their profitability. They built practices that served their lives, rather than the other way around.
See exactly how the Tax Resolution Academy® model transforms your practice from stressful and chaotic to predictable and highly profitable.

Treating tax resolution as a side-hustle
Building a highly profitable, year-round practice
I started my tax resolution practice exactly where most of you are today: overworked, constantly watching the clock, and trapped in an hourly billing cycle that capped my income.
Every day felt like a race against the clock. Expanding the client roster to drive revenue stripped away the hours needed to actually manage the business. It was a clear path to burnout, and I knew something had to break.
The shift required a complete restructuring of how I valued my expertise and structured my service delivery. I stopped selling hours and started building a true business-first model.
That transition changed everything. It allowed me to scale without sacrificing my health, hire a team that could execute without my constant oversight, and finally take home the profit my firm generated.
I designed this event because I want to give you the exact blueprint for that transition. It is the roadmap I wish I had when I was staring at a calendar full of appointments and a bank account that didn't reflect the effort.
What does my ideal practice look like in 2027 if I remove hourly billing completely?
How can I structure my firm so it runs profitably without my direct involvement in every case?
What boundaries must I establish this year to protect my time and my profit margins?
Who do I need on my team to support a high-value, business-first operational model?
Learn directly from active practitioners who are out there doing the work every single day, not theorists.
Maximize your time away from the office with intensive, high-yield sessions that deliver actionable strategies.
An intimate environment designed for real networking, deep discussions, and personalized attention.

With the unwavering confidence of a tax pro who has seen it all, I know this event will transform your practice. You’ll walk away with strategies, insights, and connections that will pay for themselves many times over.
But should the unthinkable happen—should you find yourself unmoved, uninspired, or otherwise unshaken by the wealth of knowledge before you—fear not. There will be no forms to fill, no hoops to jump through, no pleading your case before an unseen committee.
Simply send a message, a digital whisper, a mere signal of your discontent, and by 4 PM on Day 1, your full investment shall be returned to you, plus $500 toward your travel expenses. No friction. No hard feelings. No second-guessing.
I stake my reputation on this: either you leave with game-changing insights, or you leave with every penny back in your pocket. Your success is my only agenda.
Yes, you can access the hotel room block after you register and pay for the event ticket! This link is only good until Sunday, November 1st, 2026. Afterwards, you will have to use the regular hotel booking link. That will cost you about 50% more.
Business casual is recommended. Meeting rooms can be chilly, so bring a light sweater/jacket to ensure you remain comfortable. Plus Florida can be hit or miss with cold weather in November. Bring shorts as well for some of the evening activities.
Yes, this event is eligible for up to 23 hours of CPE for CPAs and attorneys, but not for EAs. (Sorry the IRS does not allow us to give EAs credit for marketing, sales and practice management material, even though it is just as, if not more, important as the technical material)..
No, this is a 3-day LIVE immersive learning experience. But the event will be recorded and recordings will be available for purchase after the event..
Breakfast and lunch are provided each day, along with dinner on day one and day two
Registration will be available at 7:00 a.m. on Day 1. Doors open at 7:30 on Day 2 and Day 3. We will start each day promptly at 8am. Each day will end a little differently. Days 1 and 2 will end at 5pm and Day 3 will end about 4:40pm.
Session recordings are included with the VIP ticket. If you purchase the general admission ticket, you may purchase the recordings at a discount before the event. If you purchase the recordings during the event or after the event, the investment in recordings will be higher. You will receive lifetime access via our portal within two weeks of the event concluding.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. However, the venue is conveniently located near major transit hubs and rideshare services are easily accessible.
Yes of course, you will just need to purchase a separate ticket for all people wanting to attend the event. Since continuing education credit is issued plus food and special activities are provided, each person will need a ticket. If they won't be attending the event but will be attending the evening dinner sessions, please contact us, and you can purchase a dinner meal ticket for them for either or both Tuesday's dinner or Wednesday's dinner, or both.

If you attend the Mastermind Day, come with your top three business challenges that you're currently facing in your firm. Otherwise, come prepared with your expectations of what you expect to get out of the event, and please share that with us beforehand.
